Aim of the training
The aim of the course is to develop the competence of dealing with conflicts professional but also in personal life, training on non-aggressive communication skills, coping with anger and aggression, and dealing with aggressive behavior of others.

For whom?
The training is dedicated to parents, educators, teachers, psychologists, coaches, advisers, consultants, mediators, negotiators, health professionals, managers, leaders, priests and all those who want to strengthen themselves, develop coping skills in difficult situations, or / and want to help others in this field.


  • You will learn how to communicate with confidence and distinguish this method from passive, manipulative and aggressive ways of communication.
  • You will experience the impact of your thoughts and words on your actions. You will learn how to recognize words which reinforce, and which block or even destroy your relationship with others.
  • You will train in practice social skills useful in your work and private life.
  • You will learn about the steps of controlling anger, you will be trained to use them as an example of your real-life situations.
  • You will learn techniques that will help you master the emotions and react constructively in conflict situations.
  • You will be invited to reflect on the world of values ​​to show you what influences on our opinions and decisions. You will experience in practice, how moral reasoning can support you in complex, difficult situations.
  • You will experience how this training strengthens mindfulness for another human being, your courage and partnership relations as well as positive impact on the achieved results and satisfaction.


Training helps to achieve individual goals with respect to other people, develops skills of effective communication and cooperation, suggests how to master emotions and make difficult decisions in the face of moral dilemma.

The training consists of the following parts:
• Training of COMMUNICATION SKILLS  will give you practical skills on how to communicate effectively with others
• Training of SOCIAL SKILLS will give you practical skills on how to cope effectively with difficult life situations
• Training on CONTROLLING ANGER will give you the skills on how to control anger, take responsibility for your own emotions and will train your  self-control.
• Training about MORAL REASONING will give you the skills on how to make decision with respect to yours and others needs and rights.

• Lecture, seminar, training skills, feedback.

• 4 days (30 hours). Monitoring after the training.
